For now I prefer the button on the tablet because I'm just getting familiar with the stylus and don't have very good control yet. That has nothing to do with the hardness of the brush tip, but how much paint is applied over a color that is already there, vs an empty part of the layer. This combination can be applied to one of the stylus rockers and works that way just as well. The shift in colors like that, is under Ink, it looks like you have color blending turned on, where the brush you want to look like, doesnt. If I press this I can adjust size/width without pressing any other buttons. I assigned Alt + R-Click + L-Click to one of the tablet buttons. It has 4 'Express' buttons along the top, but nothing else on the tablet. I did try using the keyboard Alt and assigning Right-Click to the stylus with no success.īut, just a few minutes ago I found something that does work and it doesn't require you to press the rocker on the stylus.

I only paid $70 for the tablet and it works great. However, CLIP STUDIO TABMATE is a difficult thing that can be turned off if it has not been operated for more than 20 minutes. But maybe you can use the anti-aliasing:Strong and a combo of density or opacity pressure to make. (i suppose csps brush engine cant handle that yet). If the brush has a unique brush tip shape, the hardness is automatically disabled. I can change the brush size and hardness using the ALT button on the tablet along with the Right-Click on the pen, then dragging the pen the same as a mouse. For example, if you press a button for a short time, it will reduce the hardness, if you long press it, Or you can click once to decrease hardness and click twice to increase hardness. Only the default circle brush tip shape has an enabled hardness level (which you can change from low to high). On my pen, which also has the rocker button, I have the bottom rocker button set as Right-Click. I have one of the buttons programmed as the ALT button.

Compared to other tablets, Wacom tablets are not inexpensive.
